WDGAF Bars & Venues aren’t your ordinary bar chain. We value our customers and want to provide the best possible service and experience. Thus we have established a “Customer Charter” to outline our commitments to our consumers.
(We will be constantly expanding our charter as our company grows)
- To provide a safe space for all who needs it. All of our venues will a have a safe space available for them away from the “shop floor”. We will ensure that anyone in need will be looked after and kept safe until the relevant authorities arrive.
- Ensuring all consumers, customers and staff get home safe. No one will be “just thrown out”. Any customer/staff/passer-by in trouble, panicking and in a desperate, anxiety state will get home safe by our staff – even if it means using company funds to pay for taxis. We will work with local taxi services and choose an official provider for our venue – one that has safe, decent drivers. After all, we are all somebody’s child and we wouldn’t want our own child being left stranded.
- No fearing of door staff. Our door staff should not be feared. “Bouncers” are given a bad name as some may be aggressive, however, we will only hire honourable, compassionate, strong door staff who can easily identify and remove troublemakers from just stupid drunkenness. Our door staff will help anyone in trouble. Protecting the good and removing the bad!
- Free entry. Nothing is more frustrating than paying an entry fee or for a ticket and then getting “thrown out” because it’s closing time. None of our venues will ever charge an entry fee or for tickets for any event. We will apply to extend hours for specials occasions but we will recoup any costs (hopefully) through volume of sales NOT by entry/ticket fees!
- We will not “chuck out” anyone before 15 minutes after closing time. All customers will have 15 minutes to finish their drinks after the bar closes. However, we may restrict entry 5 minutes before last orders during busy times.
- Not to “rip-off” customers! We will only charge customers prices that are reasonable and not extortionate. Our markup price will never exceed £3 regardless of product. Our markup starting price will be around £1.50. This may increase or decrease depending on our early sales income.
- To provide regular live music.
- Provide a platform for local bands to perform in-front of a live audience whether in-person or live-streaming.
